This Space runs a heavy 14B video model on Hugging Face ZeroGPU. Generation is not realtime: a short example can take a few minutes, especially when the Space has just started.
For custom inputs, use the Advanced Uploads tab with already-prepared SCAIL-2 conditions: reference image, reference mask, driving video, and driving mask. Automatic SCAIL-Pose/SAM3 preprocessing is not enabled in this public demo yet.
